Fresh Start Outreach provides several levels of care including Partial Hospitalization Program PHP 2.5, Intensive Outpatient Program IOP 2.1, Peer Recovery Support Services, Outpatient Therapy, and Case Management and Recovery Support. Our programs focus on helping individuals maintain sobriety, improve mental health, and develop life skills needed for long term recovery.

3. What is the Partial Hospitalization Program PHP 2.5?
PHP 2.5 is a structured day treatment program for individuals who need a higher level of care but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Clients participate in several hours of treatment per day including substance abuse counseling, group therapy, recovery education, life skills development, relapse prevention, and peer recovery support.
4. What is the Intensive Outpatient Program IOP 2.1?
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured treatment while allowing individuals to continue living at home or in supportive housing. IOP includes group therapy sessions, substance abuse education, coping skills development, relapse prevention planning, peer support, and recovery planning. Clients attend treatment multiple days per week for several hours each day.

5. What is Peer Recovery Support?
Peer Recovery Support Services are provided by individuals who have lived experience in recovery. Peer Recovery Specialists support clients by sharing recovery experiences, encouraging accountability, connecting clients to community resources, supporting relapse prevention, and helping clients stay motivated in their recovery journey.
6. Do you offer help for people with both mental health and substance use issues?
Yes. Many individuals struggle with both mental health and substance use challenges. Fresh Start Outreach provides support that addresses both areas so clients can work toward overall stability and recovery.
7. Who can participate in the program?
Our services are designed for adults who are struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, mental health challenges, relapse prevention needs, difficulty maintaining sobriety, or a need for structured recovery support. An assessment is completed to determine the most appropriate level of care.

The length of treatment varies depending on each individual’s needs, progress, and clinical recommendations. Some individuals participate for several weeks while others may benefit from longer support.
